
So it’s 30-something degrees in Ottawa, but definitely feels much hotter in my A/C-free apartment. Add the fact that I was away for the weekend, and have practically no food in my fridge, and there was no way I was putting any effort into my dinner.
Thankfully, I stumbled across this recipe on Stone Soup a few months ago, and I did have all necessary ingredients (broccoli, olive oil, lemons, ‘natch). Perfect. Perfect.
